- RV Hookups are first come first served and handled by the Fair Association.  We have no control over them.  They advise us to tell you to get a hook-up and they will come and collect from you.  The hook ups around the barns are electric and water, the hook ups behind barn 9 & 10 are full hook ups.  The ONLY reserved hook ups are for our STAFF AND SPONSORS!! 

 

 

 -The All American Check in is on Tuesday from 8 am until 7 pm, and we will have open arena that day from 8-7pm as well. Check in MUST be done in the show office BEFORE your first run!!  It's fine if you do not check in on Wednesday, but it is mandatory that you check in before your first run!

 

The sidepots are optional and the correct box is YOUR responsibility to mark.  Youth sidepot is 12 and under, meaning on Jan. 1, 2017 your child must have been 12 or under, and the Teen sidepot is 13-19 as of Jan. 1st! The sidepots will be paid out in each go round only.  No sidepots for the finals!

- At the MEGA, The futurity sidepot is 5 years and younger for your horse.  Any age rider is fine. Please provide a COPY of your colts papers upon check in.  The Sidepot Futurity is a 2D!  The futurity sidepot is only paid out in each go round, and then an average from the go rounds.  New this year at the MEGA, Adult, Youth and Senior Sidepots!!  You asked, we listened!!  No sidepots for the finals.

- MEGA check in-You MUST check in at the show office prior to your run.  We will be taking late entries  in the show office beginning at 8 am on Wednesday,  until 7 pm. And again at 9 am on Thursday morning until noon. 

No refunds and/or vet outs after the draw is posted!  Sorry, no exceptions!! 

- DRESS CODE- short sleeved collared golf shirts and/or our All American Youth/MEGA t-shirts in the go rounds. Full dress code in the FINALS.  Hat and/or Helmets in ALL ROUNDS.

- HAT FINES- Hat fines are $5.00 and payable to whomever of our staff picked up your hat….ex. first barrel setter, gate girl, etc.  You MAY NOT send someone into the arena or alleyway to pick up your hat!!

- Horse Changes can be done in show office upon check in or anytime prior to your first run.

- Absolutely NO RIDER Substitutions!!

- Overnight horses MUST BE STALLED.  This is a facility rule!!

- No TABS for entry fees or stalls, etc.  You must be paid in full before your run for your to have a qualified time!!
